With over 30 years in Producing, Production Management and Stage Management (AEA), Mary has worked with The Cleveland Play House, Berkshire Theatre Festival, San Jose Repertory Theatre, American Players Theatre, Williamstown Theatre Festival, Lincoln Center Theatre,’The Radio City Christmas Spectacular starring The Rockettes’, DreamWorks SKG, Billy Crystal’s ‘700 Sundays on Broadway’, Production Arts, Production Resource Group, Design & Production Inc., Starz Network and Big Show Consulting and Management. Mary co-Produced the annual Theatre World Awards ceremony from 2009-2013, the theatrical industry award recognizing outstanding debut performances on and off Broadway. She is a member of the League of Professional Theatrical Women. Mary served for many years as the Group Transportation Manager of Road Concierge, specializing in Broadway production touring. Currently, Mary leads a life split between a home in Sicily, Italy and a robust seasonal state-side career in freelance event production, show calling and project management of theatre, industrial, promotional and corporate live events and installations working with numerous AV teams across the USA. Projects include permanent installations at the Smithsonian Natural History Museum in DC and the Kentucky Derby Museum in Louisville, KY. Clients include corporate and financial meetings, banking firms, medical conferences, hospital systems and public relation firms – live, hybrid and virtual. Mary is also the Production Stage Manager of the production ‘Hold These Truths’ performed at PlayMakers Repertory Company in NC, A Contemporary Theatre in Seattle, The Guthrie Theatre in Minneapolis, The Stern Center in NYC, Barrington Stage and The Cultch in Vancouver. Mary served as Associate Producer for The Cutting Edge Symposium at the Waldorf Astoria, Production Manager for the Aspen Opera Company, Senior Project Manager for the Louis Vuitton NYC museum exhibition in the former American Stock Exchange, Stage Manager for the Starz ‘Power’ premier at Radio City Music Hall with 50Cent, Stage Manager for the ‘Mr. Robot’ premiere in NYC and the Prototype: Opera/Theatre/Now Festival in NYC and as Director/Show Runner for the Golden Trailer Awards in LA. For the previous twenty years she lived in NYC and part time in Costa Rica, where she and her husband have been involved in private conservation and reforestation projects.

Experienced in all aspects of event production, Geoff has enjoyed a NYC career spanning 25 years of technical production management encompassing producing, video, audio, stage management, project management, projection and lighting. Work experiences include Piazza Productions LLC, Sound Investment Audio Visual, Production Resource Group, Michael Andrews AV, Harrison & Shriftman, Solin AV, Corporate Audio Visual, SenoVVa, HB Communications, Creative Technology, and Advance Concepts. Special event productions include ‘Star-Chef’, ‘Ad-Week’, ‘Doodles for Hunger’ (10+years) and The Theatre World Awards. Systems Installation projects include the Google pop-up store in Bryant Park, the Harman Kardon permanent store on Madison Avenue, SONY headquarters, and permanent systems for the New York Botanical Gardens and the New York Historical Society. Geoff also served as general contractor of Great Forest’s offices – a full 5 floors of LEED certified restoration. In recent years, Geoff site managed the Louis Vuitton NYC Museum installation, operation and dismantle in the former American Stock Exchange building. Previously, he has lived in Italy, the Bahamas, New York City, and Costa Rica where he and his wife built an eco-lodge and have been involved in private conservation, reforestation projects, building eco-conscious structures and in 2018 he fought off a crocodile attack while swimming off-shore. When not managing all things production based in the LA area, Geoff travels the world.  As a dual US/EU citizen, Geoff and his wife are currently in the process of renovating an historic c1630 home in Sicily, Italy.
